As we approach the end of one year and look forward to the upcoming year I always like to reflect back on the previous year. The Thompson Group has grown and matured, and I am amazed at the skill sets that each team member brings to the table.
Trenton and our marketing efforts have paid big dividends for our clients. He not only shoots the photos and videos for each property, he runs our entire marketing program which positions The Thompson Group to better serve the needs of our clients. We have parlayed Trenton’s skills into individualized videos highlighting each of our listings. He has a knack for not only capturing the prime features of each home, but the personality of the listing agents.
Karen has decided to retire. She wouldn’t let me make an announcement, but she doesn’t proofread this article anymore, so don’t tell her I spilled the beans. She has been an integral and valuable part of the team for the last 6 years and we are so glad that Jan brought her skill sets to The Thompson Group. Her infectious positive attitude is the first thing you will notice about Jan. Upon meeting her you will instantly feel like you made a new best friend. Behind the scenes she keeps us organized and is constantly looking for better ways to serve the needs of our clients. She truly epitomizes the self-assigned title as our Chief of Staff and we she makes it easier for our agents to do their job which is to serve you.
Dan’s skill set fit perfectly into his real estate career. Having served most of his prior career in upper management for a large employer, he easily works with all personality types. Dan makes it look so easy which puts his clients at ease as he guides them through the process. His organizational skills through his use of today’s technology keep all his transactions moving smoothly and insures that no detail falls through the cracks. His work foundation of serving people was formed early on when he served as a youth pastor and he uses that same attitude when serving his real estate clients.
Chris came to The Thompson Group with a 20-year background in ministry. The servant attitude of a pastor makes him a great fit for serving the needs of his clients. His calm demeanor and thoughtful approach that he acquired wile serving in the ministry creates instant trust with his clients. You will frequently see Chris helping clients prepare their homes for sale with staging advice or hauling items to be donated to the thrift store. For Chris, it’s not just about helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process, he also wants to develop relationships with people who, like him, value the complete set of services The Thompson Group offers for one stop shopping.
As the founder of the Thompson Group, I am so grateful for the team we have in place. My goal has always been to offer over the top, five-star quality service. The skills we offer combined with the servant attitude, leveraged by using today’s technological advances, allow The Thompson Group to accomplish that goal. We always are looking for better ways to serve our clients and are excited to announce that early next year we will be rolling out some AI tools that will help our clients with the home buying and selling process.
