As Marketing Manager for The Thompson Group, I focus on creating creative and dynamic marketing plans and procedures to ensure our listings have the best chance to stand out and reach many prospective buyers.
First and foremost, captivating visuals play a pivotal role in real estate marketing. High-quality photographs, virtual tours, and drone footage provide potential buyers with an immersive experience, allowing them to envision themselves in their dream home. I put a lot of time and effort into keeping our social media pages up to date with relevant information regarding our listings, whether that be a new listing on the market, open houses, houses going under contract or closings, the digital world is often the first place prospective buyers see a property.
Direct mail campaigns are an important part of our marketing plan for every listing. We use a process called “circle marketing” to market every listing to its surrounding neighbors. By creating engaging content, sharing success stories, and staying active on various online platforms, we work hard to build a strong online presence that resonates with potential buyers. Here at The Thompson Group, we put extensive time and effort into our marketing plans and are always updating and adapting as the current market changes.
In addition to our listing marketing plan, we also have a calendar full of content for our social media platforms. We use this plan to share more than just listing related content. We have an overall theme every month that changes monthly and many of our social media posts align with that month’s theme. Highlighting local businesses, sharing client reviews, and sharing our local real estate market statistics are just some of the other content you will see across our social media platforms.
